Bahan S.A. Methods and means of rapid diagnosis of the state of the cardiovascular system during pregnancy. – А manuscript. The thesis a scientific degree of the candidate of technical sciences in specialty 05.11.17 – biological and medical devices and systems. – Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, – Kharkiv, 2018. The thesis is devoted to the urgent task of increasing the informative value of rapid diagnostic methods of the cardiovascular system during pregnancy by developing a diagnostic system for monitoring and noninvasive assessment of the hemodynamic state in the perinatal period. The developed procedure for express diagnostics of the cardiovascular system during pregnancy allows to assess the status of hemodynamics by the main diagnostic criteria and to timely identify a group of increased risk of perinatal complications in order to prevent or reduce the severity of such complications. As a result of complex studies, a new approach to perinatal screening of the cardiovascular system aimed at reducing the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and perinatal losses based on the use of integrated indicators of hemodynamic changes and allowing to estimate hemodynamic parameters using numerical methods is presented. The system for the diagnosis of gestosis based on a neural network using the Statistica software package made it possible to classify patients with cardiovascular pathology with a fairly high percentage – the total percentage correctly classified was 92,3% and the total incorrectly classified percentage was only 7,69%. The findings of the tests, show that with the introduction of 7 basic parameters characterizing the state of a pregnant woman, the produced result is in the form of a definition of the type of hemodynamics and the degree of gestosis. The determination of the type of hemodynamics and the degree of gestosis allows the diagnostician and the obstetrician-gynecologist to assess the critical state of the pregnant woman at the time of the study and to take the necessary treatment measures. The proposed neuro-fuzzy model of the gestosis diagnosis system, using the Matlab system, makes it possible to establish objectively the type and condition of hemodynamics in pregnant women having gestosis and also to monitor the effectiveness of treatment.
