Shkuropat O. Anti-corruption policy in the land relations area: historical and theoretical analysis.

The thesis is dedicated to actual scientific task that is to justify development of innovative models without corruption land relations on the platform of a systematic approach which based on three components (axiological, motivational, cyclic). The sense core of the model without corruption land relations is a preventive philosophy of government on the basis of completed cycles, subjects of management (civil servants, civil officials, deputy’s) as carriers of moral and professional values, motivated to serve in the context of the needs and interests of citizens, society and the state. The author formulated definition of the terms “anti-corruption policy in area of land relations”, “public administration in the sphere of land relations”, “public regulation of land resources”, “without corruption environment in the land relations area”.
