Krasnolutskyi O. Ecological-economic efficiency of land resources utilization by corporate agricultural enterprises

In the dissertation, the current state and trends of the use of land resources in corporate agricultural enterprises are analyzed. It was established that nowadays, in the conditions of industrialization of agricultural production of agro-corporations, cultivating dozens or even hundreds of thousands of hectares of agricultural land, there is a significant expansion of land use. A system of territorially differentiated restrictions on prevention of excessive economic concentration of land resources based on the establishment of boundary areas of agricultural land that may be owned or used by a person (group of related persons) is proposed, without causing the monopolization of land use and loss of the owner of the motivation to an independent farming on the ground. The scientific and methodical approach to the comparative estimation of the efficiency of the use of land resources in corporate agricultural enterprises is substantiated, which is based on the comparison of economic activity indicators of such enterprises with medium-sized enterprises.
