Pidchosa L. Restructuring of the Budget System as a Factor for the Achievement of Macrofinancial Stability

The thesis is devoted to the study of restructuring of the budget system as a factor for achieving macrofinancial stability. The theoretical and methodological principles of the development of the budget system in the conditions of democratization of society, restructuring of the budget system as a component of economic reforms in Ukraine and the impact of the process of restructuring the budget system on the Ukrainian economy are considered in the research. Features of restructuring of the budget system are revealed. The factors that are revealed, as well as their influence on achievement of macrofinancial stability are established. Based on econometric modelling, determinants of the process of achievement of macrofinancial stability are defined and the obtained results are analyzed. The thesis identifies how restructuring of the budget system functions in the conditions of democratization of society and which factors determine it. The influence of the process of increasing the efficiency of the targeted distribution of budget funds in Ukraine is identified, the problems and directions of increasing their efficiency are identified, and the strategy of Ukraine's development on the present stage of permanent change to ensure the macro-financial stability of the state.
