Aksionova L. Perfection of methods for evaluating the effectiveness of quality management system processes (on the example of enterprises of the machine-building enterprises).

The thesis is aimed at solving the issues of ensuring the stable fulfillment of the requirements of customers of products of enterprises of the machine-building industry by improving methods for assessing the effectiveness of the quality management system (QMS) by introducing quantitative statistical indicators of its processes. To this end, a statistical approach has been developed to continuously improve the QMS processes, which is characterized by a gradual provision of their stability and a decrease in the dispersion of the values of their indicators. It is proposed to use the number of complaints from customers of products for a comprehensive assessment of the level of performance of contractual obligations of the enterprise. The possibilities of the internal audit methodology (IA) to reduce the number of complaints from customers have been explored, and a difference in the evaluation of the performance of product life cycle processes (GCPs) and auxiliary ones has been established. The method of "Internal audit of QMS" was developed, which, in comparison with most existing ones, is characterized by a simplified procedure of evaluation while maintaining high statistical reliability of audit findings.
