Tkachenko M. Life maintenance (care) contract in the Civil law of Ukrain

The thesis is a complex scientific research on life maintenance (care) contract in the civil law of Ukraine. It contains the performed analysis of the state of scientific elaboration on life maintenance (care) contract, the methodology of conducting the corresponding research, and also the evolution of the civil law regulation of life maintenance (care) contract. The subjective composition of life maintenance (care) contract is analyzed, the essential terms and disclosed the content of life maintenance (care) contract are specified. The concept of life maintenance (care) contract in favor of a third party in the civil law of Ukraine is formulated. The conclusion, change, cessation and termination of life maintenance (care) contract are investigated. The means of ensuring fulfilment of life maintenance (care) contract and responsibility for violation of its conditions are described. On the basis of the analysis of scientific doctrine and the current legislation of Ukraine, the proposals to improve certain legal norms were made.
