Tsilenko V. Economic and legal implementation for state building policy

The thesis deals with the complex study of economic and legal support of the state construction policy. The economic characteristics of the construction market of Ukraine, the state-of-the-art construction policy of the Ukrainian state and the sources of legal regulation of relations in the construction market of Ukraine are presented. Considerable attention is paid to the economic and legal means of stimulating economic activity, the system of organizational and economic provision of the state construction policy, as well as the feasibility of systematization of the building legislation of Ukraine.
