Essay

Object is the processes of personnel management of enterprises and the using of technologies of personnel formation in conditions of optimization development. The purpose is to deepen theoretical and methodical foundations of optimization technologies of personnel formation of enterprises and to develop practical recommendations of their using. Methods are general scientific and economical-statistical: historical-economic, monographic, scientific generalization, holistic approach, induction, deduction, system-structural analysis, comparison, static method of economic analysis, correlation, questionnaire, interview, abstract-logical, cybernetic approach, dialectic method of cognition, matrix, expert evaluations and economics-mathematical programming, empirical, experimental. The results realized by deepening of the theory and practice of using of optimization technologies of personnel formation of enterprises in the part of the improving of approaches to strategic personnel management of enterprises in result of formulation and creation of the model of strategy of optimization of personnel formation of enterprises, the development of selection tools and methodical approach to assessment of the using effect of optimization technologies of personnel formation of enterprises. The novelty is to deepen theoretical and methodical aspects of optimization technologies of personnel formation of enterprises and to develop practical recommendations of their using. Introduced in the activity of «Agroprodservice», «Buchachahrokhlibprom», «Agrocompany «Medobory», Center of Employment and Graduate Connections of Ternopil National Economic University, Department of agro-industrial development of Ternopil regional state administration, Ternopil Regional Employment Center, Ternopil National Economic University. The sphere of use is the activity of agricultural enterprises.
