Essay

The main aim of work is to develop an algorithm for the psychological component of the ability of women who committed offences against the person, to realize their actions and manage them in situation of crime. The basis of the work was comprehensive analysis of the psycho-emotional and individual psychological characteristics of women who committed socially dangerous acts against the person. The work is presented analysis of the structure and elements of aggressive offenses committed by women. The conducted work stipulates that a significant share of aggressive crimes among females are committed directed against life and health their closest social circle. The analysis is cited of situational and constant factors, which served as the basis for the formation of women's criminal aggression. The individual and psychological characteristics of women who committed the crimes directly against the life and health of the person as predictors of the formation of aggressive criminal behavior were established: psychosocial factors (low level of education, pedagogical neglect), "victimization" in typical interaction with victims; character accentuation for excitatory, demonstrative and hypertensive types (their combined variants and trends according to these types); predominance of excitatory or inhibitory type of response in conflict situations; the orientation of interests person (their limited domestic area, practicality and narrowness). The features of the elements of the offense has its differences depending on the object of the criminal encroachment. It was established that in the case of committing offenses directly against life and health of a person, the main factors of manifestation of criminal aggression is the situation precedes the aggressive actions of women (the state of alcohol abuse, the conflict before or at the time of the tort, the negative relationship with the victim). It was revealed that the general psychological characteristics of the criminal's personality (inhibitory forms of reaction, anxiety and emotional features, emotionality, curiosity, pedagogical neglect, victimization), in combination with the nature of the situation of the tort (conflict, violence at the time/before of the offense, conflict / tensions with victim) is the basis of the formation of emotional stress at the time of the tort. The degree of emotional stress, although not reaching the affective level, but significantly affects the woman's ability to regulate her behavior at the moment and predict its consequences by turning off the activity in time. The above gives grounds to consider the state of emotional stress of women as the basis for qualification of strong emotional excitement. In the results of the study is established an algorithm an expert evaluation of the psychological component of the ability to realize their actions and manage them in women, which provides a various positions of psychologists in forensic examination, depending on the category of aggressive crimes.
