Essay

The object of the research: psychosexual sphere of personality of teenage girls with violations of menstrual function. The purpose of the research: to determine the influence of deviations of psychosexual development on the formation of violations of the menstrual function. The methods: theoretical (analysis of psychological literature, systematization and generalization), empirical (psychodiagnostic method) and mathematical-statistical (methods of comparison of unrelated samples, correlation analysis). Scientific novelty: for the first time deviations on the course of phases of psychosexual development in girls with puberty and secondary oligomenorrhea are defined; for the first time specific types of structural organization of the masculinity / femininity symptom complex in teenage girls with puberty and secondary oligomenorrhea are determined; the premorbid features of the personality of girls with violations of menstrual function in the person's profile and character accentuations are specified; further development received ideas about the characteristics of family socialization of girls with violations of menstrual function and the presence of infantile traumatic experience. Practical value of research: the semi-structured diagnostic interview "Identifying the peculiarities of passing phases of psychosexual development in teenage girls", which allows to study the peculiarities of psychosexual development in the norm and possible deviations, was developed; recommendations on the diagnosis and correction of sex-role imbalance of the personality of teenage girls with violations of menstrual function, factors of negative influence on the psychosexual sphere were given. Sphere of use: higher educational institutions, psychological services.
