Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of an important scientific task to improve the efficiency of land use in the region on the basis of the development of science-based recommendations for the formation of information support of geo-ecological monitoring of land use in the region. As a result of systematization of theoretical approaches, the definition of geoecological monitoring and its information support is proposed. The dissociation of the theoretical positions regarding the formation of information support for geoecological monitoring of land use, where, separately, the focus is on ecological and land use factors are determined. There are identified ambiguous trends in the formation of information support for geoecological monitoring of the use of land in the region, which are related to the definition of the geoecological state. The proposed groups of ecological and land use indicators of the region of determination are based on the application of models. The method of integral estimation of the geoecological state of using the lands of the region was developed, which allowed to define a generalized indicator for the formation of information support for geoecological monitoring. The mathematical model was constructed and the high impact of the integral ecological index on the general criterion of the geological condition of the use of the lands of the region was determined. The mathematical model is developed and the nonlinear connection between the generalizing criterion of the geological state and the integral index of the use of the lands of the region is established. A mathematical model is developed that determines the relationship between the generalized indicator of the geological condition of the use of the lands of the region and the index of the physical volume of the gross regional product in prices to the previous year, which allowed formalizing the links between geoecological and territorial development indicators. Established that for growth of the volume index of the gross regional product of the proposed measures increase the synthesis rate of geoecological status of land use in the region at the level of 10% or more. Proposed evidence-based recommendations on formation of information support of geoecological monitoring of land use in the region, based on the results of the integrated assessment and modeling of the influence of ecological and land use indicators for generalizing criterion geoecological state, which allowed to develop activities.
