Newly-created property is any material object (movable thing or real estate) that arises in a legal and or actual sense as a result of the application of the original means of acquiring the right of ownership, both without the use of other property, and through the use of certain property in the process construction, processing, reconstruction or other way of creating an appropriate facility. The paper develops the concept of modern understanding of the order and the grounds for marrying the right of joint ownership of the newly created property, as well as the formation of scientific conclusions and proposals regarding the improvement of the existing family law in this topic of research. Author's definition of newly created property is developed; its features and types are highlighted.
