Essay

The essence, specificity and peculiarities of interaction of state power and local self-government as the most important condition for stable development of Ukraine are explored. The theoretical and methodological foundations of such interaction in transitional and transformational societies, political, constitutional, legal, organizational and other foundations of the formation of interdependent and, simultaneously, democratically independent interactions of power and local self-government, civil society, which provides the necessary conditions for the functioning of an integral, productive state power. Particular emphasis is placed on the issues of the division of power and power, the implementation of the principle of subsidiarity, decentralization, democratization of state power and public administration in the interests of preserving the integrity, unity and progressive development of Ukraine - the country and society.
