Liezina A. Projects Value Management

In the dissertation theoretical generalization was made and solving the scientific task of managing the value of projects in order to increase the degree of satisfaction of projects stakeholders with their results was proposed. The scientific approaches to the definition of the concept " project value " are considered, its composition and classification has been proposed, the analysis of the conditions and factors for its creation for the main stakeholders has been made. The author defines the projects value management, identifies the peculiarities of the value orientation of international and national standards and concepts of project management, summarizes their tool base and identifies gaps that need to be addressed. The research was carried out on project-oriented activities, namely, the sphere of providing electricity services, the composition of project portfolio was identified, the typical project was identified, its main stakeholders and their value expectations were defined, and the project management tools used at the enterprises were analyzed. The project value management model is developed, which involves identifying the value, ensuring its balance, creating, verifying the relevance and evaluation within the framework of a specific project, which ensures the value expectations of project stakeholders during all phases of the project's life cycle. The approbation of methodical recommendations was made, proposals on organizational changes were formulated with the creation of the project management office in the company.
