Tarasyuk V. Political and legal principles of application of information technologies in conditions of hybrid warfare

In the dissertation, the complex political research of information technologies as a systemic, inter-field phenomenon directed on formation of influence on mass public consciousness is carried out. It is proved that information technologies play a key role in the hybrid war and aim at deforming the values of society, dismantling the national, historical consciousness and changing the socio-political narratives of the general population. The main mechanisms of information aggression against Ukraine are considered. The importance of introducing international sanctions against Russia in the telecommunication sphere is substantiated. The necessity of study of information technologies in the axiological paradigm of "value-anti-worth" is singled out, in particular the ways of introducing the values of Western democracy in contrast to anti-values of the «Russian world».
