Іn the work is to establish the basic laws of the influence of ultra- and micro- dispersed fillers on the operational and repair characteristics of epoxy materials and give recommendations for the creation of coatings on their basis for the protection of transport vehicles from corrosion and hydroabrasive effect. The influence of the benzene-1,3-diamine (C6H8N2) modifier on the structure of the epoxy binder is studied for the first time, and the improvement of the adhesion, physical-mechanical and thermophysical properties of the matrix is determined by adding the additive at critical content. To investigated the influence of ultra- and micro- dispersed mineral fillers on the properties of composite materials and to Installed the physical and chemical interaction at the interface between the phases «matrix-filler». To determined the influence of the composites structure on adhesion, physical and mechanical and thermophysical properties in the presence of ultra- and micro- dispersed fillers. On the basis of researches and obtained results, new composite materials and coatings on their basis with prognostic properties are created to improve the operational characteristics of technological equipment. The results of the work were implemented at the Cherkasytransgas UMG enterprise (Gusyatynska GKS, Ternopil region) and in the educational process.
