Essay

Purpose of work – to set conformities to the law of the main fans co-operation, which jointly work on a ventilation network, to ground the criteria estimation of efficiency functioning of the «MF -MVN» system and perfect the methods determination of rational regime parameters of the system «main fans - mine ventilation network» for the increase of energy-effectivity on condition providing of requirements of labour safety. A research object is the working processes of functioning of the multy-fans system «MF - MVN», which reconfigurates. The complex method of researches, used in work, includes the analysis and generalization of scientific and technical achievements in the sphere of development of criteria, methods of estimation of functioning and calculation of the rational operating conditions of MF; imitation design of processes interrelation of MF and MF with other elements of MVS with the use of fundamental laws of theory of turbo-machines and mine aerology; approbation of job performances in the conditions of operating mine. The scientific significance of work consists in the ground of criteria, establishment of conformities to the law of MF interconnection during work on a general ventilation network and development of methods determination of rational operating conditions of the «MF - MVN» system taking into account influencing of dynamic changes of aerodynamic parameters of the mine shafts related to motion at them lifting vessels. The practical value consists in development of the «Methodical indications in relation to the choice of the rational working regimes of main fans in the system «main fans – mine ventilation network»» and technical decisions and recommendations in relation to the increase of strength security of mines venntilation in a cold period of year. Basic job performances are inculcated on a 1/3 «Novogrodivska» mine by minimization of the mutual affected MF - zones; expected economic effect from introduction of the «Methodical indications…» will make a 605,52 thousand of UAH. The developed recommendations in relation to perfection of the MF defence from the harmful influencing of irrigation of his channels in a cold period of year are realized technically with the expected economic effect a 2195,0 thousand of UAH.
