Essay

The aim of this work is to establish the main dependencies of the change of final humidity in the complex dewatering of the rock mass, justification of the mode and design parameters of the dewatering device to improve the efficiency of dewatering of the rock mass due to the use of a complex method of dewatering, including vibration, vacuum and electrokinetic. The object of study is the process of complex dehydration of crushed rock mass. Research methods are based on the analysis and synthesis of scientific information on the theory and practice of dehydration, rock mechanics and design of mining machines, methods and techniques for the study of rock dehydration, methods of mathematical statistics, including modern software packages for statistical processing of experimental results. The scientific significance of the work is to establish the regularities of change of the final humidity of the rock mass from the basic mode and design parameters of the dewatering device of the complex action and to develop a generalized mathematical model that allows to calculate the value of the final humidity in the rock mass at the given technological parameters. The practical importance of the work is to develop a method of dehydration and new designs of complex dewatering devices and defined rational parameters, as well as to develop a technical proposal for the introduction of dewatering device in the process of ash dump-drifting and determination of its technological parameters in the conditions of Kramatorskaya TPP, with the expected economic effect in 999376 UAH. per year and methods for determining the final humidity of the rock mass on the new design of the dewatering device and recommendations for its use.
