Essay

Vasylkevych V.I. “Development and justification of methods and means of determination and estimation of dynamic parameters of “vessel-reinforcement” systems of vertical mine shafts” - Manuscript. Thesis for a degree of a candidate of technical sciences (PhD), specialty - 05.05.06 "Mining machines" (133 Industrial machinery engineering). – M.S. Polyakov Institute of Geotechnical Mechanics under The National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Dnipro, affiliate of Scientific Research Institute of Mining Mechanics named by M.M. Fedorov, Kyiv, 2018. The research was conducted to study the current state of the systems of the vertical shaft “lifting vessel - rigid reinforcement”. Ratios for determination of exact values of the lower and top borders of admissible sizes of a pharynx of shoe by criterion of kinematic gearing, and reasonably a design of an attachment unit of rail conductors with executions of a reinforcement are received. Dependences of admissible speed of increase on kinematic and dynamic components of process of interaction of the vessel-reinforcement system from a condition of reinforcement and parameters of a lifting vessel are determined. The schema of the automated information system for continuous monitoring of the smoothness of movement of the lifting vessels was justified and also mathematical software for use in the stationary software and hardware complex, which is the basis for the creation of an integrated information and expert system for monitoring the safety of operation of mine hoisting installations, was devised. Normative and methodological documents were developed, such as “Methods of expert examination of rigid reinforcements of vertical shafts”, “Methods for calculating extreme loads on rigid reinforcement of vertical shafts during operation”, “Technical requirements for creating a hardware-software complex for continuous monitoring of dynamic parameters of lifting smoothness vessels in vertical shafts with rigid reinforcement ", "Requirements for a risk monitoring and control system during operation shafts and mines of Ukraine. " Key words: mine hoisting, vertical shaft, rigid reinforcement, lifting vessel, system “vessel-reinforcement”, smoothness of vessel movement.
