Essay

The dissertation is devoted to solving the scientifically applied task in relation to development and substantiating theoretical positions and practical recommendations in order to increase the efficiency of management of financial resources of NPF in Ukraine in conditions of socio-economic instability. The theoretical and methodological principles of formation of financial resources of non-state pension funds are substantiated, generalized theoretical positions on the definition of the economic essence of the NPF, The definition of "financial resources of the NPF", and formulated theoretical and methodological approaches to creation of system management. The state and dynamics of financial resources of domestic non-state pension funds are analyzed, a mid-term forecasts of the NPF and its assets was prepared, defined subjects and tools for managing the financial resources of non-state pension funds in Ukraine, and risk assessment was carried out that arise in the course of their activities in the financial services market. The directions of increase of efficiency of the state regulation and supervision over financial-resource activity of NPF in the context of domestic and foreign experience are offered.The concept of the state policy of the development of non-state pension funds in Ukraine has been improved, which will promote structural changes in the NPF sector and improve their economic and social efficiency. The model of accumulation and use of financial resources of non-state pension funds is developed, application of which, in adapting to the specifics of their functioning, will help to allocate financial resources more efficiently, taking into account the preliminary results and forecasts of their activity, as well as the potential of the financial market.
