Essay

The thesis is a comprehensive study in the field of theory and methods of musical art on the problem of forming future musical art teachers’ communicative culture in the process of conductor-choral training. The study reveals the phenomenon of communication in scientific discourse, shows its interdisciplinary use, in particular, in sociology, psychology, culture studies, pedagogy, art studies. The specific of the communicative function of musical art and conductor-choral training is concretized. The essence of the concept of “communicative culture” is generalized, the essence of the scientific phrase “communicative culture of the future musical art teachers in the process of conductor-choral training” is determined. The content is substantiated and the structure of the future musical art teachers’ communicative culture in its projection into conductor-choral training consisting of motivational-value, emotional-empathic, cognitive-informational and activity-behavioral components is developed. The methodology of formation of the future musical art teachers’ communicative culture in the process of conductor-choral training is developed. The methodology is based on the cultural, systemic-synergetic, axiological, phenomenological-hermeneutic and competence approaches. The methodology envisages introduction of pedagogical principles, pedagogical conditions and methods. Criteria and indicators of evaluation of the future musical art teachers’ communicative culture in the process of conductor-choral training are determined, their levels are described. Criteria and indicators corresponded to the components of the structure of the communicative culture and their elements: intentional-value criterion – motivational-value component; emotional-identification criterion – emotional-empathic component; cognitive-interpretive criterion – cognitive-informational component; activity-productive criterion – activity-behavioral component. Due to specially selected methods, quantitative and qualitative indicators of the level of formation of the future musical art teachers’ communicative culture in the process of conductor-choral training are set: high – value-reasoned, medium – dialogical-selective, low – spontaneous-stochastic. The effectiveness of the proposed methodology of formation of the future musical art teachers’ communicative culture in the process of conductor-choral training, which was introduced in stages: motivational-informational, value-analytical, reflexive-creative, have been experimentally tested.
