Yemets O. A. Improving technologies of land management of territories of international automobile transport corridors. Qualifying scientific work on the rights of manuscripts. Dissertation for obtaining the scientific degree of the candidate of technical sciences on the specialty 05.24.04 «Cadastre and Land Monitoring», Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, Kyiv; Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2018. In the dissertation the international automobile transport corridor as an object of land use system, economic and legal relations and ecological influence is considered in detail. The formation of land use of international automobile transport corridors in international practice has been investigated and differences in the provision of land in Ukraine have been identified. On the basis of the structuring of the international automobile transport corridor, the main components that ensure its integral functioning, which are located both in the stripes of the highways, and beyond. The work reveals and structurifies factors that influence the formation of land use of international automobile transport corridors, which are grouped into seven thematic groups: legislative, normative, functional-planning, natural, social, economic, environmental and legal. In general, a set of information resources is structured, which is the source information for the development of land management documentation. Among the main information resources are allocated: regulatory, land management, land cadastre, surveying, urban planning and design materials, data of state registers and inventories. The problems of the interrelation of the State Land and Town Planning Cadastres at different hierarchical levels and their role in informational provision of land parcel formation for the needs of international automobile transport corridors are highlighted in the paper. The ecological impact of highway use on roadside land use is investigated in terms of land categories and the model of its influence on the establishment of restrictions on the use of land by purpose. It is proved in the work that along highways it is necessary to establish sanitary-protective bands for acoustic pollution and air pollution with carbon monoxide, depending on the categories of roadside land. In the dissertation the peculiarities of registration of land under the international automobile transport corridors are revealed and the structural model of its registration as an integral functional object is constructed. In the work, a technological model of land allocation was developed, which includes land reservation, which provides for the establishment of reserve bands of international automobile transport corridors. The essence of the reservation is to establish encumbrances on the right to transfer land to private property and restrictions on the use of land within the reserve bands. Land provision is carried out by developing a land management project for land repossession. In the dissertation the model of information provision for allocation and reservation of land and their state registration in the creation of international automobile transport corridors has been developed. In order to ensure the identification of reserved land, their registration in the State Land Cadastre was proposed. The work defines all components of compensation costs for land use, taking into account the intended use of lands and forms of ownership at the pre-project stage of the formation of international automobile transport corridors.
