Sichko L. Economic and legal status of the stock exchange in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to scientific-theoretical, legal and practical problems of determining the economic-legal status of the stock exchange in Ukraine. The author’s definition of such concepts as «economic and legal status of the stock exchange», «legal regulation of the economic status of the stock exchange» and others are given in the work. The historical and legal periodization of the formation of organized stock exchanges in Ukraine was developed, the stock exchange functions were systematized, the classification of commercial functions of the stock exchange was developed.
