Kartavtseva Y. Mechanism of economic legal protection of intellectual property right

It is substantiated that at the present stage of economic development it is important to create an effective system, the mechanism of economic and legal protection of intellectual property rights. The paper argues that this mechanism includes a number of components that can be grouped into four groups: 1) a certain integrity of normative legal acts of national legislation (normative model of relations) in the field of intellectual property; 2) a set of organizational and legal means of economic and legal protection of intellectual property rights; 3) principles of judicial review of disputes relating to the law of intellectual property; 4) methods of economic and legal protection of these rights.
