Hutarevych N. Legal forms of investment activity in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the comprehensive study of legal forms of investment activity in Ukraine, in particular, the legal nature of investment activity and its legal forms, the historical process of development of investment relations and legal forms of investment activity, the peculiarities of realization of legal forms of investment activity in certain branch of economy of Ukraine, and in particular territories, features of legal regulation of investment activity and its legal forms in foreign countries. «Legal form of investment activity» concept definition is formulated, classification of legal forms of investment activity is justified, each type of legal form of investment activity, its features and peculiarities are examined in the thesis.
