The revealed regularities of formation of reinforced zones in footing of mine roadways, which are maintained in zones of repeated violation of the equilibrium state of the massif, by consolidation of rocks by self-expanding blends, the influence of local strengthening on deformation processes in the footings of roadways for controlling the state of rocks in conditions of intense swelling. In the result of the research, were developed ideas about the dynamics of deformation processes in the foot of mine roadways in the zone of influence of longwall. It has been established that the rocks the foot of mine roadways can be interpreted as a block-discrete massive. For the first time, the influence of the shape of the zone of local reinforcement in the foot of mine roadways on the displacement vector of the rocks and the magnitude of their absolute elevation was established. As a result of the local reinforcing of foot in the destroyed rock massif, in the form of a straight prism with a vertex of the triangle of its base facing the bottom, the best result is achieved in reducing the swelling. The method of ensuring the stability of the foot of mine roadways in the zone of repeated violation of the equilibrium state is developed by creating the areas of local strengthening of the mixtures, self-expanding and determining its efficiency. Developed modified non-explosive mixture, self-expandable, with increased durability in the post-hydration period. As a result of industrial and experimental studies, the effectiveness of the method of ensuring the stability of the foot of mine roadways has been proved. Estimated economic efficiency in terms of reducing the cost of a demolition is 232.62 UAH.
