Essay

The actual scientific problem of disclosing the peculiarities of the influence of methods and technological parameters on the efficiency of decontamination and purification of pump-compressor pipes of the oil-extracting industry from radioactive salt deposits as the prerequisites for increasing the ecological safety of the objects of their accumulation and storage, as well as resource conservation during handling of them, is solved. Schematic solutions and parameters are scientifically substantiated, and an installation for an ecologically acceptable process of cleaning the internal surfaces of the pump-compressor pipes of the oil-extracting industry contaminated with salt deposits using the developed device with a combined action of hydrodynamic, cavitation and mechanical methods is created. The process of handling pump tubes of the oil industry, contaminated with salt deposits with the content of natural radionuclides, has been improved through the application of the proposed ecologically acceptable method of their purification, which ensures the partial return of the purified equipment to the technological process of oil production, as well as the possibility of resource conservation through the use of non-standard purified equipment in quality scrap metal. This created the prerequisites for reducing the negative environmental impact of environmentally hazardous objects of accumulation and storage of pump-compressor pipes of the oil-extracting industry. A draft regulatory document on the handling of pumped-compressor pipes contaminated with salt deposits with the use of an environmentally acceptable technological process for their purification has been developed.
