The thesis research provides the conceptual synthesis and suggests a new solution to the problem of building the artistic and pedagogical skills of future fine arts teachers in the process of a plein air practical training. It has been proved that the result of the maturity of distinguished gnostical, projecting, constructive, communicative, and organizational components of the artistic and pedagogical skills of students in their interaction is their conscious practical mastery of the teaching profession. The criterial-and-level system of maturity of artistic and pedagogical skills of future fine arts teachers has been tested, which provides a complete diagnosis of the professional readiness of students to the pedagogical activity. The method of building the artistic and pedagogical skills of future fine arts teachers has been experimentally verified, which is a purposeful educational and pedagogical relationship modeling of the artistic, creative, professional, and methodical activity of teachers in the context of teaching fine arts during a plein air practical training. The developed teaching and learning aids can be productively used by educators, resource teachers, teachers, and students of the fine arts specialties of higher education institutions.
