Vodianitskyi O. Morpho-physiological and cytogenetic features of embryogenesis of fish under various environmental conditions of the aquatic environment

Based on the assessment of morphological, cytological, physiological and biochemical reactions of embryos and larvae of carp and perch fishes, the safe levels of changes in environmental factors in natural reservoirs are substantiated in conditions of increasing water temperature in spawning grounds. It is shown that abiotic factors have a powerful teratogenic effect on embryos and larvae of fish. In case of sharp fluctuations in water temperature and dissolved oxygen content in different fish species, the aberrant embryos occur, the number of which can reach 82%. The basic regularities of changes in the values of biochemical indices of perch and carp embryos and larvae are established. The activity of energy and plastic enzymes at excessive water temperature and reduced concentration of dissolved oxygen has been determined.
