Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of peculiarities of violations of lipoperoxidation and antioxidant systems in the thymus, adrenal glands, lungs with experimental allergic alveolitis separately and under conditions of development of immobilization stress before and after use of corvetone. Biochemical studies were carried out on 115 guinea pigs – 100 females with experimental allergic alveolitis and immobilization stress and 15 intact animals. Hyperproduction of lipid peroxidation metabolites against depression of enzymes-superoxide dismutase activity, catalase and ceruloplasmin in lungs, adrenal glands and thymus in all periods of formation (1, 2 and 34 days) of allergic alveolitis and immobilization stress prior to treatment, especially on the 34th day of the experiment. The antioxidant action of corvitin on the disturbed metabolic processes under the conditions of the development of comorbid pathology - allergic alveolitis and immobilization stress has been proved.
