Polukhina M. Peculiarities of psychological correction of law enforcement officers during professional formation crisis in the period of early adulthood

Empirically, the degree of structural components development during professional formation crisis of law enforcement officers in the specified age has been revealed. It has witnessed the necessity of developing and implementing a differential model and an effective correction and development program to overcome the crisis of professional development, which will take into account the peculiarities of psychological correction. Recommendations are given to practical psychologists and heads of structural divisions of law enforcement agencies on overcoming the crisis of professional development by young law enforcers. For psychologists ecommendations on the diagnosis and correction of the crisis of professional development are given. For the leaders recommendations that allow to influence young workers and promote their more successful adaptation to professional activity are given.
