Chernjatina V. Mechanisms for implementation of the state policy of sustainable development of rural territories in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical positions and the development of practically applied recommendations for improving the mechanisms for implementing the state policy of sustainable development of rural areas in Ukraine. The thesis systematizes theoretical approaches to determining the essential characteristics of sustainable development of rural areas as an object of state influence; generalized theoretical foundations for the functioning of mechanisms for implementing the state policy of sustainable development of rural areas; generalized conceptual approaches to the state regulation of sustainable rural development abroad. The conceptual provisions of the strategy of sustainable development of rural areas in Ukraine, separated from sectoral development, are proposed and substantiated, which includes: a vision of the future, a mission, strategic goals, goals, objectives, principles, conditions for implementation regarding each territorial community, taking into account its resources and potential. The implementation of the strategy will improve: the mechanisms for implementing the state policy of sustainable development of rural areas and the modern system of executive bodies, bring the regulatory framework in this area to the requirements of the present, and also allow united territorial communities to form their sustainable development strategies based on existing resources in order to effectively their use. Modern approaches have been improved to improve the effectiveness of mechanisms for implementing the state policy of sustainable development of rural areas in Ukraine, which is specified by using, in particular, a systematic approach to building an integrated mechanism for implementing the state policy for sustainable development of rural areas, which is represented by a separate system where interrelated and interdependent organizational and legal and economic mechanism of state regional economic policy in Ukraine no.
