The dissertation gives a general theoretical description of the national and integrative legal order, their nature, peculiarities, their typology, their forms of interaction and mutual influences as determined in the conditions of globalisation and integrative processes. The processes of globalisation, integration, and regionalisation predetermine the transition to a qualitatively new model of world order. A single economic space and its corresponding political and legal superstructure are forming.
