Essay

The dissertation was aimed at studying changes in the state of the autonomic nervous system in patients with paroxysmal and persistent forms of atrial fibrillation (AF) on the background of hypertension (GC) or coronary heart disease (CHD), without a pronounced organic lesion of the myocardium, for the prognosis of arrhythmia and selection antiarrhythmic therapy. Thus, it is important and relevant to differentiate and quantitatively assess the state of sympathetic and parasympathetic, as well as ultrasectoral regulation mechanisms for the introduction into the clinical practice of the method of time and spectral analysis of heart rate variability (HRV) in patients with atrial fibrillation.
