Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improving the prognosis of the myocarditis by the based on a comprehensive study of the parameters of cardiac rhythm variability and structural and functional state of the heart, identification the prognostic markers of severe course of diffuse myocarditis. In the dissertation was found that in patients with myocarditis with reduced LV ejection fraction low values of SDNN, SDNN, RMSSD, LF elevation and LF/HF ratio, presence delayed contrast on MRI, detected in the first month from the debut of the disease are predictors of severe myocardial course. Based on the results of dynamic observation, using a discriminat analysis, we built a mathematical model for early prediction of the development of unstable ventricular tachycardia episodes in patients with myocarditis.
