The thesis is devoted to the objective of modern gynecology to increase the treatment efficiency of genital endometriosis based on the study of psycho-vegetative and sexual disorders, as well as the improvement and implementation of the algorithm of diagnostic, treatment and preventive measures. The problem of psycho-vegetative and sexual disorders in women with genital endometriosis is extremely relevant due to an increase in infertility, which affects not only the women's health, but also the quality of their life, relationships, and psychological state. The author has proved the absence of a direct correlation effect of genital endometriosis on the sexual function of women. The structure of sexual disorders in women has been established; a comparative qualitative and functional evaluation of psycho-vegetative and sexual dysfunctions in patients with genital endometriosis has been conducted. The role of psycho-vegetative and sexual disorders in the clinical course of genital endometriosis has been determined. The thesis adds to the current data on the pathogenesis of genital endometriosis, namely, the negative influence of psycho-vegetative and sexual disorders, on the basis of clinical manifestations and treatment efficacy. The thesis provides a scientific substantiation of the need for improving the diagnostic algorithm based on the evaluation of psycho-vegetative and sexual functions in women with genital endometriosis, which combines medical history, questionnaires, laboratory and functional tests.The thesis determines the effectiveness of treatment and prevention of psycho-vegetative and sexual disorders in women with genital endometriosis, with inclusion of group and individual psychotherapy in the conservative treatment regimen
