Essay

Thesis deals with the peculiarity’s establishment of the rat’s testicles structural reconstruction after strumectomy with the application of various methods of correction of postoperative changes with their comparative morphofunctional characteristics. It has been established that after strumectomy in testicles of rats there are significant disorders of organ blood circulation. Early onset of circulatory disturbances is manifested by venous plethora with reflex narrowing of the lumen and decrease in the throughput of the arterioles and arteries with an external diameter of 26-50 microns. Subsequently, there was a progressive vasoconstriction of small and medium arteries, which was combined with simultaneous compensatory enlargement of the lumen and increase in the capacity of the arteries of the protein shell. On the background of vascular disorders develop dystrophic changes in the stroma and parenchyma organ. Progression of dystrophic changes leads to the reduction of spermatogenic epithelium, fibrosis transformation of seminal canals with the growth of connective tissue in the interstitial.
