Essay

The object of the study is the process of formation of environmentally oriented management of urban areas. The aim of the study is formulating theoretical and methodological principles and develop practical proposals for the implementation of environmentally oriented management of urban areas. Methods: generalization, formalization and interpretation of data, system-structural and synergetic approaches, standard statistical methods of research and methods of visualization and data aggregation, program-target method and principles of strategic planning. Theoretical and practical results - theoretical and methodical principles and applied directions of introduction of the management system of urban areas taking into account the environmental criterion in the process of formation, adoption and implementation of management decisions by local stakeholders. Novelty the theoretical basis of environmentally oriented management; methodical tools of complex ecosystem assessment of the condition of urban areas; motivational tools for the implementation of environmentally oriented measures and decisions; scientific and methodological principles of environmentally oriented zoning of urban areas; humanization of methods of handling representatives of faunal communities on environmentally oriented ambush; environmentally oriented measures on resource and energy saving.
