Chorna O. Currency values as object of legal civil relationships.

Dissertation is devoted to consideration currency values as object of civil legal relationships as well as particular qualities of their economic circulation. Theoretical analyze of scientific and legislative points of view on currency values legal nature is conducted; system-forming factors of incorporation economic objects to legal category “currency values” are determined. Current legislative provisions of Ukraine regulating legal relationships with currency values as well as provisions that will come into force in future are comprehended critically by author. The author analyzes content of currency values legal regime and considers architecture features of civil legal relationships with appropriate economic goods. Special attention devoted in dissertation to elucidation essence of currency values economic circulation as well as legal mechanism of its realization. Dynamic and static aspects of currency values economic circulation are described. Particularity of application means of protection civil rights and interests of participants of legal civil relationships with currency values in view of their corporeal and incorporeal forms are determined.
