Essay

Object – the functional state of the ovaries in patients with recurrent salpingoophoritis; goal – reduce the frequency of recurrence of salpingoophoritis, by creating and implementing personalized rehabilitation assistance based on the establishment of relationships between hormonal homeostasis, the state of the immune system and ultrasound characteristics and features of the uterine-ovarian blood flow; methods – interviews, anamnestic, gynecological examinations, laboratory, statistical; results – clarified scientific data on risk factors for recurrence of salpingoofritis in women of reproductive age, which is confirmed by an increase in their frequency during early sexual activity, the presence of several sexual partners, the use of intrauterine contraceptives, trauma of the cervix and perineum during childbirth, the presence of post-abortion and postpartum septic complications, chronic inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, urinary system; revealed a significant acceleration of blood flow in symmetrical uterine (72.4 ± 6.8) cm / s versus (64.2 ± 6.1)) cm / s and a decrease in the ovarian arteries (p <0.05) in Doppler women with recurrent salpingoophoritis; The dependence of the frequency of recurrence of salpingo-oophoritis on the degree of vaginal dysbiosis was established. The effectiveness of rehabilitation treatment of recurrent salpingo-oophoritis in women of reproductive age was established using a differential approach using combination therapy with local thrombolytic medication, biological immunostimulant, micronized progesterone; branch – medicine.
