The thesis is devoted to the problem of increasing the effective diagnostics and treatment of CGD in children with the CTD based on exploring properties of the clinic course of disease and biochemical, immunological, and morphological properties of mucosal-cellular stomach barrier in this patient category. We examined anamnestic, clinical, immune-biochemical, and morphological features of the CGD. We determined changes in immuno-biochemical components of saliva and coprofilter (HBD-2, immunoglobulin, lysozyme, GAG, fucose, and sialic acids) in the inflammation development in the upper stomach segments in children having the CTD. Structural (gistological and immune-gistochemical) properties of biological samples from the stomach with determining collagen type IV and GAG markers (by the PAS-reaction) in the proper film were determined. In children with CGD and CTD, a 1.72- time increase of PAS-reaction compared to children without dysplasia was observed as well as an increase of collagen type IV expression in the basal membrane of the surface and gland epithelia. A mathematical model involving discriminant, factor, and principal component analysis was developed for CGD or CGD over CTD diagnosis identification. A correlation dependency and diagnostic significance of immune-biochemical components of the mucosal-cellular barrier in children with CGD with and without CTD were determined. The renewal and support of population stability of intestinal microflora was grounded and their efficiency (as sialic acids, HBD-2, lysozyme, sIgA, IgA, and IgG levels normalization) is determined.
