The dissertation is devoted to solving actual scientific problem, connected with the related to the necessity of developing a method that provides for increasing the efficiency and reliability of decision making by operators of the automated air traffic control system by improving the information provision of the decision-making processes of the operators ACCS. For the first time a method of formation of decision support informational models was developed, in which linguistic support for the formation and management of the information structure at different stages of the operator's activity is realized.
