Essay

The dissertation is a complex scientific research of problems of the interrelation of criminal-law and criminal-procedural subsystems of policy in the field of fighting crime. In the first section of the dissertation, the author analyzed the state of the investigation of criminal-law and criminal-procedural politics, disclosed the legal nature of the relationship between material and procedural legal regulation, and studied the history of the development of criminal-law and criminal-procedural politics on the territory of Ukraine.
