Odosii O. Provisional measures in the civilistic process of Ukraine

The dissertation presents the results of comprehensive scientific research of the security measures in the civilistic process, namely in civil, executive and notarial processes. This work takes into account the recent changes to the legislation regarding the settlement of security measures in the civilistic process. The author has proved that today the problem of determining features of security measures in the civilistic process in Ukraine is actual, as well as the lack of a comprehensive scientific research on this topic. The interrelations between security measures in the notarial, civil and executive processes are analyzed. The author has paid attention to the storage of property of the debtor, in particular, it is proposed to highlight the signs of the storage of property of the debtor, which is subject to arrest.
