Spodaryk N. Criminological prevention of violent crimes against the person’s life and health by the units of the National police of Ukraine committed by the students of higher educational establishments.

The thesis is devoted to the solution of the complex scientific and applied task of optimizing the activities of the units of the National Police of Ukraine in preventing violent crimes against the person’s life and health committed by the students of higher educational establishments. Prevention of crimes against the person’s life and health is one of the main tasks of the NPU units. In the context of the prevention of the above offenses a methodology for their activities requires further development and improvement. Therefore, proposals are made to improve the criminological principles of the activities of the National Police of Ukraine in order to prevent violent crimes against the person’s life and health committed by university students. Proposals for making changes to normative legal acts are developed.
