Essay

The subject of inquiry is a process of economic evaluation and construction of personnel management bodies of enterprises (PMB). The aim of research is development of theoretical and applied basis of economic evaluation and construction of personnel management bodies of enterprises. The author used the methods: system and logical analysis; morphological, semantic-categorical analysis, comparison, systematization and generalization, grouping, generalization; indicative method; expert assessments; questionnaire method, empirical research and statistical analysis; process and graph-dynamic approach; graphic method. The theoretical value of the results of the dissertation work is to improve the theoretical principles of economic evaluation and construction of personnel management bodies of enterprises. The practical significance of the obtained results is in the complex of theoretical and applied provisions based on the economic evaluation of the effectiveness of the work of the personnel management bodies of enterprises. Scientific novelty of the obtained results: for the first time an indicative-target method of estimating the construction (creation, structural improvement) of the personnel management and calculating the efficiency of its functioning at the enterprise was developed; Improved: the mechanism of organizational structures of the PMB projecting, the multiple model of the organizational structure of the PMB and the model of the development of the personnel management body; got further development: the typology of PMB`s kinds of enterprises; the category "personnel management body of enterprise", the classification of factors which influence on the construction and functioning of the personnel management body. The object of the research is theoretical and methodological also methodical and applied clauses for the implementation of economic evaluation and construction of PMB of enterprises. The sphere of using author's recommendations is domestic enterprises.
