Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the processes of biosynthesis of surfactant by the strains Pseudomonas sr. PS-17, P. fluorescens 8573 and P. aureofaciens NB-1 on hydrophobic, hydrophilic substrates and their mixtures, as well as on industrial waste (technical glycerine), the study of physico-chemical and biological properties of bioparticles and their practical application. It has been established that bacterial strains P. aureofaciens NB-1 and P. fluorescens 8573 are new prospective producers of bioparticles. Optimized conditions for the synthesis of surfactant strains Pseudomonas sp. PS-17 Methods of bioparparation (deposition, extraction) have been developed. Bioparticles of investigated strains have antimicrobial action against a number of phytopathogens, are low toxic compounds. Their efficiency is proved for the regulation of plant growth, the intensification of soil purification from petroleum hydrocarbons, the synthesis of nanoparticles and the inhibition of steel corrosion. On the basis of the obtained results, the hardware-technological scheme of industrial production of ramnolipidic surfactants P. fluorescens 8573 was developed.
