Essay

The object of the study - psoriasis with concomitant malasseziosis. The aim - to increase the effectiveness of treatment for psoriatic patients with concomitant malasseziosis taking into account the parameters of the immune response of the organism, the state of oxidative modification of proteins, the level of NO-synthase and psycho-emotional state, biochemical studies. Methods: clinical, questionnaires, microscopic and cultural, biochemical, immunological, statistical. The dissertation is devoted to development of differentiated treatment of psoriasis with accompanying malasseziosis of the skin. The features of the course, clinical manifestations, psychoemotional disorders, character of immune status, biochemical changes were studied. With the help of the comparative analysis of the investigated factors, different levels of clinical and laboratory disorders were identified, for which differentiated indications were determined and the method of integrated individualized phased therapy with the use of modern means (overin, miaser, thiotriazoline, etc.), as well as etiotropic drugs (itraconazole, selenium disulfide). The effectiveness of therapy is proved by the reduction of the treatment period, lengthening the remission, reducing the number of relapses, correction of all laboratory parameters. The main scientific and practical results of the dissertation work were introduced into the practice of the MI "Regional Dermatovenerologic Dispensary" (Dnipro), Poltava Regional Clinical Dermatovenerologic Dispensary, MIHC Regional Clinical Dermatovenerologic Dispensary № 1 (Kharkiv) and MI "Kherson Regional Dermatovenerologic Dispensary", MI "Rivne Regional Clinical Dermatovenerologic Dispensary" of the Rivne Regional Council, as well as into the pedagogical process of the Department of Skin and Venereal Diseases of SI "Dnipropetrovsk Medical Academy of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine".
