Yurkiv N. Management of ecologically safe export activities in forest enterprises

In this thesis the theoretical positions are developed and methodical approaches and practical recommendations for management of ecologically safe export activity of forest enterprises was made. The model of ecologically safe export activity of the forest enterprise as an object of management has been improved. The author’s concept of “ecologically-safe export activity of the forestry enterprise” are formulated. The method of estimating the state of ecological safety of export activity by determining the coefficient of ecological threat from the production load and the coefficient of the state of ecological safety are developed. The indicators of the state of export activity of forest enterprises are calculated and analyzed. The mathematical model of forecasting the state of ecologically safe export activity of forest enterprises are obtained. The model of management process of ecologically safe export activity of enterprises are developed. This model is coordinated with the general strategic goals of the enterprise. Its application will enable enterprises to effectively manage their export activities at an environmentally safe level. The approaches and methods of ecologically safe export activities management of forest enterprises which are applied in the thesis are important for production ecologization and for an achievement of the sustainable development goals.
