The thesis is devoted to the improvement of theoretical and practical aspects of bank lending to individuals as well as creating recommendations for achieving its positive influence on the economy. The author deepens the essence of bank loan to individuals, itsclassification, defines the economic essence ofbank lending to individuals, ways of its influence on the economy based on the functional approach.The work provides the main tendencies of the bank lending to individuals within the defined periods in Ukraine. The author defines macroeconomic model of the economic indexes influence on the bank lending to individuals dynamic which includes seasonal effect. The author defines foreground ways of the bank lending to individuals activation which can help to achieve sustainable development of Ukraine.The work provides the approach to the forecast of bank lending to individuals influence on the economic indexes based on the proposed econometric models and indexes, as well as the limits of the bank lending to individuals in order to achieve the positive influence on the economy. The methodical approach to the assessment of the efficiency of the bank lending to individuals is presented.The author defines approaches to credit risk management in consumer relationships with individuals and the ways of strengthening bank`s competitiveness at the bank lending to individuals market.
